• Electric includes: Bass, extended range and strings, semi-hollow and hollowbody guitars

• Acoustic Includes: hollow guitars with a wooded bridge and fixed saddle. Classical/Nylon, Mandolin, Bass, Banjo, Ukulele, and Resonator guitars.

• Choose from setup options, electronics repairs or mods.

• You will be able to combine a setup with a mod in the next step.

• You will be able to choose multiple setups for additional guitars.

• Under "Add to this appointment..." select all that apply.

• Up to 4 guitars per day but only as setups: Example Book a Pro Setup then Add-on Speed Setup - 2nd Guitar, Acoustic Setup - 3rd Guitar, Pro Setup - 4th Guitar

• Select a specialty option if necessary: Classical, 12 String, Mandolin, Ukulele, Floyd Rose/Floating Trem, Banjo, Resonator, etc.

• If you start with a Setup, you can Add-on a mod and vice-versa you can start with an electronics install or troubleshoot and add-on a setup

• Book the full time for the appointment so I get the work done right away.

• I do prefer that you stay so I can ask the proper questions to make sure the guitar is right for you.

• Either be back by the end of the appointment or…

• Schedule a SAME DAY PICK UP appointment to pick it up later that same day

• Minimum 12 hour notice required.

• Cash, Card or Apple Pay (any tap payment). 

• Pay once service is complete

• Deposits: If I need to order parts and the cost is over $100, I’ll require a deposit or pre-payment in full.

• Bring your own strings to the appointment and maybe an extra set in case of a malfunction.

• I am not a string retailer. I have strings available for emergencies, but they will be more expensive than buying them on your own.

• Electronics troubleshooting is only by 30 minute appointments.

• If the problem isn't resolved after the first 30 minutes, an option to leave the guitar may be offered if there is a clear solution that just needs more time.

• Complex wiring mods using piezo systems, push/pull pots, etc.

• GIBSON, EMG (or likewise) circuit boards with quick connects must be swapped with other quick connect compatible hardware. Otherwise, the entire quick connect system will need to be replaced for a standard, soldered circuit.

• I do NOT offer finish work with paint and clear coats.

• The most I do is hand polish the finish, or…

• Natural wood grain with stains, dyes, and oils are something we can discuss.
